Pickle's has been a local favorite since 1993, growing from a tiny 48-square-foot spot into a go-to destination for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In 2021, new owners along with management have refreshed and elevated the entire experience.

In 2023, Pickle's celebrated 30 years and expanded with the Pickle's Sandbar—a full-service bar next door serving handcrafted cocktails, draft beer, wine, and premium spirits in a laid-back, beachy setting.

We open daily at 8am with breakfast favorites like tacos, pancakes, biscuits, and more, served until 11am year-round. Closing times vary seasonally.

The Boardwalk Bar at The Shrimp Shack is a 22-seat, full-service bar featuring TVs, handcrafted cocktails, frozen drinks, a beachy wine list, and a wide selection of draft and canned beers. Grab a seat, relax, and enjoy full-service dining with our friendly bartenders.

You can still order at the window for quick service, or enjoy a full-service experience at the bar on the south side of the building. During the season (May–August), we also partner with Club Cabana Man to deliver food directly to the private beach in Seaside.

Happy Hour runs daily from 3–5pm. Hours vary seasonally.

Wild Bill's Beach Dogs is a one-of-a-kind Airstream on Airstream Row in Seaside, serving gourmet Wagyu all-beef hot dogs on toasted New England-style brioche buns.

Since opening in 2011, it has gone through a few changes with new ownership & management that have refreshed and elevated the entire experience. It is now a go-to spot for creative dogs like the Carolina,  Americana, and Chi-Town—plus jumbo soft pretzels! Start your day early with a kolache—a handheld sweet bread stuffed with sausage and cheese—or swing by after the beach for a loaded dog and a cold beer.

As we continue the legacy that began back in 1988, we're refreshing our beloved Seaside sweet spot with a new modern look and even more delicious offerings. Guests can now enjoy our brand-new Specialty Shake Bar featuring flavors like S'mores, Berries & Cream, and Oreo Mocha, plus fresh-made waffle cones and our fun new Ice Cream Nachos! The shop's updated design brings a modern twist to its classic charm, with rich emerald green (a nod to the Emerald Coast), gold, and black accents, along with new floors, countertops, and finishes.
